Requires annual fees from certain unregistered postsecondary institutions The college student aid commission would collect a yearly nonrefundable fee from certain postsecondary schools and course providers that do not pay a registration fee. Fees range from $2,000 to $3,500 and may rise up to 3% a year.
Official title A bill for an act providing for an annual authorization fee to be collected by the college student aid commission from certain postsecondary educational institutions not subject to registration with the commission.(Formerly HF 772, HSB 48.)
