Lets school district employees join the state health insurance plan
Allows public school districts to apply to cover all their employees and elected officials under the state employee health plan. Districts would pay premiums and administrative fees, and may require employee cost-sharing, with unpaid amounts allowed to be withheld from state payments to the district.
