HF 2055

Allows epinephrine nasal sprays alongside auto-injectors in schools and venues

The bill replaces the term epinephrine auto-injector with epinephrine delivery system, which includes nasal sprays. Schools, food establishments, carnivals, camps, youth sports facilities and arenas could then keep and use nasal sprays the same way as auto-injectors.
