Lets epinephrine nasal sprays be stocked alongside auto-injectors

The bill replaces the term epinephrine auto-injector with epinephrine delivery system, which includes nasal sprays. Schools, food establishments, carnivals, camps, youth sports facilities and sports arenas could keep and use nasal sprays the same way as auto-injectors.
