Creates provisional coaching authorization for school sports coaches
The bill lets the board of educational examiners issue a provisional coaching credential to people who finish safety and background training but not full coaching coursework. Schools would consider these coaches after those with full coaching credentials, and the credential can later be converted to a full one.
