The bill requires Iowa's workforce department to run a case management program that helps unemployed claimants find work, and claimants must take part to count as seeking work. It also shifts many unemployment notices from mail to an online portal or email, ends the summer youth intern pilot program, and adds four members to the state workforce development board.
