Allows guns in school parking lots and school vehicles

The bill lets permit holders keep concealed handguns locked in vehicles in school driveways and parking areas during drop-off or pickup. It also lets retired peace officers carry firearms on school grounds and lets school districts allow weapons in school vehicles.
