Requires new teaching endorsements in fine arts, math, science The bill directs the Board of Educational Examiners to create new teaching endorsements for fine arts, math and science, requiring a bachelor's degree. It also creates an activities administration authorization and an instructional strategist II endorsement that does not require a master's or doctoral degree.
