Allows firearms in school vehicles and parking lots with permits
The bill lets school districts authorize weapons in school vehicles and lets people with valid carry permits keep a locked-vehicle handgun in driveways and parking areas on school grounds. It also lets retired peace officers carry firearms on school grounds if they meet training standards.
