Lets receiving districts bus open-enrollment pupils farther
The bill removes the distance limit on school buses that receiving districts may send into a sending district to pick up open-enrollment students. Districts with fewer than 2,000 students would be affected under the current rules, and larger districts' rules are also changed, while boards agreeing to shared arrangements is unchanged.
