SF 2119
Repeals obscenity exemptions for schools and public libraries
This bill removes a state law that says obscenity rules do not stop schools, public libraries and educational programs from using appropriate materials for learning. Schools and libraries would no longer have that specific exemption from the obscenity chapter.
