Requires in-person enrollment for dual-credit community college courses

Changes the district-to-community college concurrent enrollment program so students taking a course offered both in person and online must enroll in the in-person version. The superintendent may authorize the online version instead. The bill mainly makes nonsubstantive changes to the program's code section.
