Creates new teaching endorsements in fine arts, math, and science

The Board of Educational Examiners must adopt rules creating added teaching endorsements in fine arts, mathematics, and science for prekindergarten through grade 12 schools. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university to receive them; the provisions expire July 1, 2030.
