Requires Holocaust instruction for middle and high school students

Requires school boards to teach the Holocaust and antisemitism in middle and high school courses, and to provide related professional development for teachers who teach those courses. The Department of Education must report yearly on which districts offer this education, and districts must comply by the 2027-28 school year.
