Requires antisemitism bans and annual reports at Iowa schools and colleges

The bill requires Iowa community colleges, regents universities and public school districts to prohibit antisemitism and add related conduct policies to their codes of conduct. It also requires yearly reports listing antisemitism complaints and investigation outcomes.
