Requires vaccine exemptions for health students in clinical rotations
Requires colleges offering health degrees to arrange clinical rotation placements where students can be exempt from that site's vaccination requirements, upon request. Private colleges that violate this, or fail to correct or document it, lose eligibility for Iowa tuition grants and face a $5,000 civil penalty.
