Shifts state technology funding and IT contract rules to DOM
This bill moves state technology spending and the state's criminal justice data work under the Department of Management. It also sets new limits on state information technology contracts and how often IT staff get criminal background checks. It does not directly change K-12 schools, students, or teachers.
