Freezes school levies and changes property tax limits for 2027

Changes school and local property tax rules starting in 2027, including foundation levy rates and management levy limits. It also repeals a school infrastructure tax law and changes some tax credits and revitalization exemptions.

A bill for an act relating to state and local government taxes, fees, financial authority, and budgets, modifying divisions of revenue, modifying appropriations, and including effective date, applicability, and retroactive applicability provisions.(See SF 2472.)
