Creates new teaching endorsements in fine arts, math, and science
Requires the Board of Educational Examiners to adopt rules creating added teaching endorsements for fine arts, mathematics, and science in prekindergarten through grade twelve schools. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university to receive these endorsements.
