SSB 3078
Moves Iowa city and school election filings to county commissioners
This bill makes county commissioners of elections the single place to file city and school election papers and handle objections. It also changes election recount rules, adds election equipment seal requirements, and requires investigations of election misconduct to be reported to the state commissioner.
